The Art of Creating Children’s Books

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) presents a panel of local authors and illustrators, to discuss their process for composing both word and image, and getting it published. From first drafts and book dummies to the finished project, see how these artists formulate the beloved books you share with patrons in your libraries, or read to your own children. Come join us as we take a glimpse inside the imaginative and magical process of children’s book creation from start to finish.
