The Oregon Library Association's Support Staff Division developed over time and has a rich history. OLA SSD promotes the interests and needs of library support staff by providing opportunities for staff to connect and communicate with each other, learn new skills, develop adaptive leadership, and make our voices heard. This session tells the story of OLA SSD's history, celebrates the contributions of support staff to Oregon libraries, and discusses how you and/or your co-workers can contribute to the future of the OLA Support Staff Division.
