Hear about opportunities to travel and work at the same time. Hear about PSU Professor Tom Larsen and his work in libraries in Vietnam, and High School teacher Maureen Milton will talk about her connection with the International Board on Books for Young People. Maureen has traveled to Bali with IBBY and recently presented at the conference in Rwanda. Award-winning storyteller and librarian Heather McNeil will speak of the challenges and adventures while collecting stories in Kenya, tell a story, and discuss the issue of telling stories from outside your own culture.
