Mid-career professionals face a variety of opportunities as well as challenges. This panel of presenters will share their own experiences and tips from experts. In addition, the audience will have the opportunity to take part in a discussion of how to overcome barriers mid-career librarians face, strategies for staying engaged, and a brainstorm of professional development needs specific to this demographic.
