Suzanne Harold is an independent library consultant in Astoria, Oregon, focusing on literacy, particularly for those with dyslexia, and services to youth. She is an Associate member of the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators, and tutors dyslexic youth through the Blosser Center in Portland, Oregon.

Currently, Suzanne works with three cities and four unincorporated communities in Clatsop County, coordinating a unified Summer Reading program and promoting library services to underserved youth in rural areas. Before moving to the Oregon Coast, Suzanne worked for ten years at Multnomah County Library (Portland, OR) where she coordinated the country's second largest Summer Reading program and oversaw the library's adult literacy programs.
